Senior and caregiver services such as: preparing for caregiving; respite care (breaks for caregivers); information about care options including home health & personal care: living options in the home, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities; financial information and assistance; benefit information and assistance (benefit specialists); legal referrals; homemaker services; senior dining sites and home-delivered meals; senior centers, recreation and volunteer opportunities; transportation; emergency response systems (life lines); adult day care; friendly phone contacts; elder abuse information and reporting assistance; help for grandparents raising grandchilldren; mental health assistance; wellness programs; case management; and more.
